Tadoshoes was established in 1998. We specializes in manufacturing and export footwears. Our main market is the US, which accounts for a half of shipments. The rest of is equally sent to the EU and Asia-Pacific such as Italy, Sweden, the UK, Australia, Japan, and China. The entire of output is made under OEM basis.
We provide casual shoes, formal shoes, sports shoes, and baby and children shoes. Casual shoes are the best sellers, followed by baby and children shoes. These two lines make up 40 and 35 percent of total turnout respectively. Ranked the third, sports shoes take up one fifth. The remaining is devoted to formal shoes. Prices are generally between $5 for kids shoes made of canvas with rubber outsoles to $40 for men shoes featuring cowhide uppers.
High quality leathers of cow, pig, buffalo are imported from China and India. Low-cost materials such as canvas or midrange leather are bought from domestic manufacturers. Finished soles made of rubber, TPR, PU are often supplied by buyers.
Our design team is composed of seven members whose responsibility is working on customers designs to plan production. Samples will be ready in seven days. All production steps including clicking, sewing, cementing, and finishing are done in one factory in Binh Thuy, Can Tho and another in Binh Chanh, Ho Chi Minh. Those factories use machines such as cutting machines, sewing machines, molding machines, and others imported from Australia.
Thanks to our 1,200 full-time workers. We reached a monthly capacity of 120,000 pairs together. And our eight inspectors carry out QC from material sourcing through production steps to packing. We accept minimum order quantity of 2,000 pairs. And delivery will be completed within 60 days.
We are member of the Vietnam Leather and Footwear Association, and we have been joining the footwear trade shows held by this association regularly since our establishment.
